Multiple candle colors - If you request more than one color layer for your color, then $.50 - $1.00 will be added to your total order depending on the size of your jar candle order.

We guarantee your 100% satisfaction if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to make arrangements for a replacement or refund. Returns will only be accepted 10-14 business days after delivered purchase.
Although orders are packed with the utmost care, every now and then merchandise does arrive broken. In cases such as these, notify us immediately so we can make arrangements to have merchandise replaced. You'll need to complete the following: 1) take digital pictures of the inside and outside of the box. This will show the Pulp packs we ship in and the outside will show the, "This end up" comment on the box or a sticker quoting the same. Send pictures in an e-mail to email@example.com for our records and for the shipper.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received and be returned by UPS ground, Fedex ground, or insured mail. Dan and Sharon's Candle House is not reponsible for missing or damaged returns enroute to us.
If error is ours, we will pay return shipping and give you full credit. Other returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and minus shipping charges.
